Cedar & Stone Property Services handles repairs, maintenance and improvement work across East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Work is carried out by our own team and, where a job needs additional capacity or specialist skills, we contract suitable trade businesses to carry it out for us. Alongside that, we help people get into the trades and help trade businesses find apprentices, trainees and experienced workers.

Requests can cover everyday repairs and maintenance, larger improvement projects and specialist work. Each request is looked at on its own details, location and timing.
How work is handled
Each request is reviewed using the details provided and we contact you about the appropriate next step for that job. Before any work begins you should be told who will be carrying it out and what terms apply. Where specialist registration, licensing or competence is required, the requirements relevant to that particular job should be checked before work begins.

Cedar & Stone Property Services is based in Lancing, West Sussex. We do not have a customer-facing shop or office. We visit customers at their properties by appointment across East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Enquiries and appointments can be arranged online.
