Straightforward property requests

How it works

A simple way to give us the information needed to understand property work in Sussex.

1. Choose the work and location

Choose the trade the job needs, then start typing your Sussex town or village. The region is taken from the town you choose, and you add the full postcode. The full postcode is treated as private request information rather than public website content.

2. Explain the job and timing

Requests come to Cedar & Stone, not to a list of third parties. Give at least 50 characters of useful detail. Include what is wrong or what you want changed, where on the property the work is, access considerations and useful measurements or materials if you know them. Then choose a realistic timeframe.

3. Add your contact details

We need your name and at least one way to reach you — a phone number or an email address. A phone number is required if you mark the request as an emergency. You also need to accept the privacy notice.

What submission means

Submitting a request gives permission to use the information to handle the enquiry. Your request is reviewed and we contact you about the appropriate next step. Before any work begins you should be told who will carry it out and what terms apply. Where a visit is needed, we visit the property by appointment across East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Submitting does not guarantee availability, a quotation, a particular contractor or acceptance of the work.
