Cedar & Stone reviews Chichester property-work requests for repairs, maintenance and planned improvements. The enquiry should explain the building, the affected area and the outcome you want, including any access or permission issue already known to you.
Request Property WorkSome Chichester properties and central streets can require more thought about parking, loading, shared access or older building fabric. That does not mean every job is complex; it means Cedar benefits from knowing the property type, floor level, route for materials and any restriction the owner or manager already knows about.

A central flat may need a bathroom improvement with controlled delivery access, while a house may need roof or decorating work where older surfaces deserve careful preparation. Cedar reviews the actual property conditions rather than making assumptions from the postcode.
Not always. Tell Cedar about any listed, leasehold, management or planning constraint you already know. Formal requirements can then be considered against the proposed scope.
No. Chichester is within Cedar's Sussex service area; the page does not represent a Chichester branch or customer-facing premises.
Send Cedar the address, type of work, timing and practical details. Cedar reviews every request before deciding whether to accept the job.
